Learn to LOVE Yourself and Be your Best YOU

Do you struggle with the constant chatter of negative self talk? Do you find yourself playing it small or sabotaging yourself every time you dare to dream a different life for yourself? Maybe you don't exactly beat yourself up but you find yourself longing to feel a deeper love for yourself and your life?

If so, this workshop is for you!

Let's face it: learning to love yourself can be a life long journey.  And the truth is, you won't conquer this in one day in one workshop.  But, I've learned a lot about how to love myself through my own personal work and work with clients over the last 20 years.  So I know a thing or two about self love that will help you jumpstart this process.

So come join me for the day where we will engage in mindful, experiential activities that will help you:

  • Get connected to your body and your higher self  (essence, soul, loving spirit)
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the power of mindfulness and meditation
  • Confront and befriend your inner critic
  • Begin to release toxic shame, especially body shame
  • Set healthy boundaries
  • Identify core wounding beliefs and replace with more empowering beliefs
  • Explore deep self care beyond bubble baths and pedicures

Light snacks, workbook and a lot of love and guidance included.

Location:  4155 E Jewell Avenue, Suite 1117, Denver, CO 80222

  • Lunch is not provided but there are several nearby restaurants or I have a microwave and refrigerator if you want to bring your own lunch. Lunch will be an hour.
  • Inclusivity is very important to me and all races, cultures, religious affiliation, gender identities and sexual orientation welcome.  Just be human and bring your best open self. Be kind to yourself and others.
